Booking Policy Details
We want your cleaning experience to be as smooth and stress-free as possible. Here are a few details to help us serve you better.
Deposits
A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Late Cancellations / No Shows
Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments.
Home Access
Please make sure our team has safe, easy access to your home at the scheduled time (door unlocked, code provided, or someone present). If we cannot access the property, it may be treated as a missed appointment and your deposit may be forfeited.
Pets
We love pets! Please ensure they are secured or comfortable with strangers. For their safety and ours, we ask that aggressive pets be kenneled or kept in a separate room during the cleaning.
Additional Services
Extra fees may apply for excessive clutter, heavy buildup, or services outside the original booking.
