Give your home the Fresh And Finished touch! This service provides a thorough standard cleaning for a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a living room, leaving your space fresh, tidy, and comfortable. Includes: • Dusting and wiping accessible surfaces • Kitchen countertops and backsplash • Exterior of kitchen appliances • Sink cleaning and sanitizing • Cleaning and sanitizing both bathrooms • Toilets, sinks, tubs/showers, and mirrors • Dusting and tidying all 3 bedrooms • Living room dusting and tidying • Vacuuming carpets and floors • Mopping hard floors • Emptying household trash • Light straightening and general tidying • Final walkthrough ✨ Fresh. Clean. Finished. Service is for homes in standard condition. Heavy buildup, excessive clutter, excessive pet hair, or additional rooms/services may require an additional fee.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Fresh & Finished Cleaning! Please review our booking policies before scheduling your cleaning service. 💳 $50 Booking Deposit A $50 deposit is required for all cleaning service bookings. Deposits are not required for add ons booked separately and are nonrefundable. Deposits may be reviewed on a case by case basis in certain circumstances. Approval is not guaranteed. 📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the $50 deposit remaining nonrefundable. No additional cancellation fee will be charged. 🚫 No Shows A no show is a missed appointment without proper notice. After 3 no shows, you will no longer be eligible to book services with Fresh & Finished Cleaning.
